"The terrorist" followed through with her threat to report a neighbor for working on cars at his house.  City code enforcement was sent out, photos were taken, and a report was written.  As usual, there was NO CODE VIOLATION.  Everyone's time was wasted.

This neighborhood is being terrorized by Sheri Miller!  Our city is being burdened by her daily reports of non existent "violations" and calls to 911 to report non crimes.  She takes photos of children like a horror movie pedophile!  She postures, threatens, screams, and taunts neighbors in her attempts to intimidate them.  For all of this, she suffers no consequences :(

,,,and she does this while collecting disability income for a fake back injury.

The problem with terrorizing your neighbors

The problem with terrorizing your neighbors is that you become the first person they suspect when anything happens.  Today is no different.

Satan (Sheri Miller) apparently took a little time off from harassing every one while her truck was in the shop.  As soon as her truck was back, she went back on the warpath.  At this same time, pets started dying.  Very early yesterday morning, my llama died suddenly.  Immediately, a former neighbor of 'hers' recommended I get a toxicology report. (I didn't)  He suspected Satan has poisoned my llama.

Then, very early this morning (24 hours later) the neighbor's young pit bull died.  She had been full of energy the day before and the owner's early morning text to me said they found her "not breathing".

A few years earlier a pet goat took ill and died in less than a day of what appeared to be poisoning.  Having expertise in that area, I examined the goat while it was still alive and suspected poison.  No poisonous plants could be found when I walked the pasture.

Each of these animals spent time in a pasture adjoining Satan's property and could be fed through the fence.  Were they poisoned?

The above goat's owner also found his cat, with it's head crushed, only an arms length away from the fence he shared with Satan.  Hmmm...

In the past, parents have been running through the neighborhood screaming their young child's name in a panic.  The child was found in Sheri Miller's house :(   This has happened more than once!

Will her next victim be a child?  She likes to take  photos of the neighbor's children :(

Silence is broken.

It's been a week or more since I've heard stories of the terrorist in our otherwise quiet Kennewick, WA neighborhood.  Today she either broke her silence, quit taking her meds, or merely focused on someone new.

This time "Scary Sheri" went to yell at someone about something she believed they were writing about her on Facebook.  However, this particular neighbor DOES NOT HAVE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.

Shortly after that she did a drive by threatening of a different neighbor.  She seems to think it's illegal for him to work on his uncles car for free.

And then she went into "staring mode",,,
She stood in her front yard (she usually does this with her hands on her hips while leaning forward) staring at her neighbor the entire time they were working in the yard.

I've seen this in person.  My "crime" was walking down the street.  She REALLY, REALLY gets into it!

Where are the men with the white coats when you need them the most?  I full well expect Sheri Miller to go on a shooting spree in then near future :(  Why would I expect gun fire from her?  Because she has come to my home and demanded I give guns to her which I was storing for her son.  He had brought those guns to me specifically to keep them away from her!
